Kakashi's Sharingan Potential

This thread's purpose is to discuss Kakashi's potential with his sharingan.

It's known that for certain sharingan users (Sasuke, Itachi, & Madara) that one eye is capable of producing Amaterasu and the other Tsukuyomi. Unlocking both of these abilities gives the user the ability to create Susanoo by combining the two. However, some sharingan users have specific unique capabilities such as Kakashi's Kamui and Shisui's Kotoamatsukami.

I was under the belief for a while that Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi were unique abilities to the brothers of Itachi and Sasuke but now that Madara has shown these techniques I suppose anyone who is an Uchiha (or anyone who wields a sharingan) is capable of them. This poses the question: is Kakashi capable of unlocking either Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu in this sharingan on top of Kamui or is Kamui his own unique ability? Obviously he will never be able to create Susanoo as these requies two MS. The same goes for Shisui and Tobi as well because as far as we know neither has shown the ability for Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi specifically.

Anyone have anything on this that could help explain it?

i don't think he has amaterasu and tsukuyomi, but he probably has 2 ms abilities specific to him and izuna, like shisui had ka for ex and kakashi has kamui. although it's said that kamui can be awoken by any ms user with sufficient training, so he could indeed have another ability

He is capable of using Susanoo. To be able to do this you must be able to use Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi

Sorry, maybe I should have said that I was assuming that because someone outside Itachi and Sasuke's family can use them, any uchicha has the potential for it.

He is capable of using Susanoo. To be able to do this you must be able to use Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi

Yeah but he never acutally "showed" tsukuyomi or amaterasu.... And just because 3 uchihas have susanoo doesn't mean that every uchiha does, itachi and tobi both said that it was an extremely rare ability.

i do remember reading somewhere that Izuna's MS had rly powerful genjutsu and he could use something close to izanagi ,but not izanagi ,it's just that the genjutsu was so good you would think its reality

Well wherever you read it it was most likely not reliable. Izuna's techs are unknown until kishi tells us what they are.

The databook states that in order to use susanoo you need tsukoyomi and amaterasu. I agree kishi will give him bs powers, but to go against what kishi wrote in his own story is kinda illogical

Itachi transferred all his techniques to sasuke. Therefore he has tsukoyomi. It says so when tobi and sasuke are talking about his fight with itachi.

when you unlock MS you dont have to get ametarasu or Tsukuyomi you just get a powerful genjutsu in one eye and another powerful in another eye in kakashi MS its kamui and in shisui its Kotoamatsukami so no he wont unlock any of the two

Susanoo uses Tsukuyomi to give form to Amaterasu and that creates Susanoo.

I'm not saying that Madara won't be given some more BS powers but because he can use Susanoo by Kishi's own logic he must be able to use Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu as well.

Ok i get you now.

Tobi said that it was an extremely rare technique, and itachi was shocked when sasuke used susanoo on him, this implies that not every uchiha with ms can unlock it.
