first of all he dont have any senju dna in he's body.. he only got eye from kid tobi who got crushed by boulders.. obito got he's senju dna AFTERWARDS so no dna for kakashi.. and even you gave the senju/uchiha dna and ems you cant be 100% sure you even get the rinnegan.

No matter. Because you still mix up your DNA same way and the body will start 'build' that way as well. Otherwise Rikudou Sennin would not unlock Rinnegan after sealed Juubi inside of him
