If Kishimoto permits, Kakashi should invent a jutsu that sharply heighten the eyes senses using Raiton chakra. Making his eyes super sensitive to perception.

Which enables him to perceive things fast like the Sharingan and see the slightest movements.

It be cool if his left eye glows blue as he uses it.

Should be easy for a super genius that he is.
