I wonder if Itachi and Sasuke could have pulled the PS as well in their MS state.

Really it is a bit tiresome seeing people think that ems=New stage of sharingan.

It is not. It is just a NORMAL MS, with the side effect of being a bit stronger, and not having the blindness side effect of a normal MS

So far most MS susanoo users have gone blind before they could possibly rage or train to potentially get ps.

Either way these things are just to unclear. There is just not enough information to really determine what is going on exactly.

Well, you only need a normal MS for Susanoo, legged version, large version as well as PS which is as big as the full Nine-tails.All MS users who have both eyes can do it Itachi can do it, Shisui can do it, Obito with both eyes could've done it , Madara and Izuna in their MS form could do it.You need experience in using the sharingan as well as chakra to pull it off.

It was never stated that PS needed EMS to be activated. Although it probably lacked training (although both Kakashi and Obito were pretty adept at using the Sharingan, so I guesse that experience has something to do with the fact of passing all the stages).

Still, Kakashi is ****ed, the guy is gonna be out of chackra in a minute unless naruto continuously feeds him. And is gonna be walking blind for the rest of his life xD
