Who says he needs to walk around with bandages on both his eyes? He use to do that because the sharingan was too taxing on his body. that's clearly been retconned now since he's been constantly using MS(even more stressful form) and it's abilities for 2 days without stop... Then pulls out PS, the most taxing ability in this manga without breaking a sweating.

This is even more likely. He still has his normal eyes. He didn't remove it so i won't be surprised if kishi says he can now shut of these sharingan.

His chakra merged with Obito's. I doubt he will have any issues.

Obito said that Kakashi will become Hokage before giving him his chakra and eyes. I feel like he said '' You will become Hokage and I will help you with THIS '' so it seems permanent to me.
