I also thought about that.
Firstly i hoped that obito meant the susanno power up with " temporary", but it becomes clear that the sharingans kakashi posses right now will vanish after obito leaves his mind.

But it would be nice if the ability to do susanno stay. I don't know the circumstances correctly to have a susanno, but he awakened it with two MS and the result would be that he can use it even without the sharingans like itachi and madara.
Unfortunately i think it is more fanfic than true, but it would be awesome if a non uchiha with no sharingans could wield susanno.

Apart from that kishi made kakashi have his own disined susanno, i think there is a small possibility that he will keep it.

I don't think that Susanoo and other MS techniques belong to the same category. What I mean by that is that is Susanoo gets unlocked once you have a pair of MS. However, this can mean that once you get access to it, you don't need them anymore as Susanoo is the manifestation of one's chakra. On the other hand, other MS techniques are directly connected to the eyes so if you don't have them, you can't activate them to begin with, with Susanoo you only need them once to get the access.
