Imagine if Kakashi didn't get sharingan but Minato was alive and trained him how strong would he be?

He'd be a totally different character,Kishimoto would still make him as strong as he's now.Without sharingan Kakashi would looks like young Hiruzen'style ninja.Very versatile with his 3 elements, his speed and with a better stanima.

I've always thought about this. Kakashi would be very powerful in using lightning release. He would have techs like chidori spear, raiton armor and maybe even kirin. He would also have more chakra and he would've forsure learned FTG

Mmm, without the sharingan, Kakashi would have a completely different fighting style than he does now, depending on the strength of that fighting style all relys on Kishi. Although if he got some training from Minato and maybe some other higher ups, he could be where he is now, maybe even higher. Although, the death of his comrades (Obito and Rin) Assuming that didn't happen because he got the Sharingan in that event, he'd be held back emotionally and wouldn't be as respected as he is now.

False. He would never be able to effectively use Chidori. He needs sharingan to predict opponents movement. The speed at which it is done creates a tunnel like vission. Therefore without sharingan, the attack would miss a lot.

He was train by Minato, but low chakra reserves can only take you so far.

Honestly most of his chakra drainage came from the Sharingan, so I don't know if it's a good way to view his chakra supply. I'd say he might be as strong as Sharingan Kakashi but lack the last resort power of Kamui.
