Second, does this mean Susanoo can be attained without having the need of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi?

Thrid, Kakashi's Susanoo just has to end up being the most OP. I hope we ge to see next few chapters of his Susanoo being Intangible, and bigger than Sasukes's.
