Kakashi's Official Susano Color

Naruto actually said that his chakra was yellow early on in the manga (as opposed to Kurama's red).

But well, no one ever set rules for chakra colors, really. For all we know, they can change.

Also, Kakashi's Susanoo is blue in the manga's digital color edition (and they use Kishi's colors rather than anime ones, when applicable).

I wouldn't trust those coloured panels too much, they lack a lot of colours and authors just use whatever colour they have at times, which ends up in abusing like 2 colours.

I like to believe its blue, because when he has all colours at his disposal he usually goes with blue as seen in the cover of the final naruto artbook. But then again one of the volume covers had a yellow rasengan. Yet there were a couple volume covers with the rasengan blue as well

Yellow rasengan for naruto is cannon, it's stated his chakra is yellow. So a rasengan created out of his chakra is yellow.

Orange/redish one is most likely a kyuubi influenced rasengan

and the blue one with minato could be just inconsistency or because minato's might be blue, would explain why the animators went with blue as default
