Which unique techniques do he needs besides from Kamui? Kamui alone is already strong enough, probably the strongest technique in this manga(databook even says that). Give that to Naruto for example, and you will see how this technic is dangerous.

For his chakra it's not that it has increased, but he has better control of it. That's the difference. If you see the databook of kamui for example, it's said that you must train hardly your chakra to have a chance to use this technic. That means Kakashi trained hard his chakra during between part1 and part2, and you can see it as well. Against Zabuza he could only use 2/3 jutsus in few minutes that he had to collapse, but now he can use even more than 10jutsus in a fight and still being able to fight even during 2days long.

He needs more than just kamui, also lol the databook doesnt say kamu is the strongest technique

I do agree that he has increased his chakra control which has allowed him to use more techniques than before

Like i've said it's not about having more jutsu than Kamui(we're even talking about someone who has more than thousand jutsus). Just look at CM Sasuke. He didn't even had a jutsu that could be compared to kamui, but he managed to beat Deidara who has much more powerful jutsus. Strong jutsus are not the only thing that makes a ninja. If a ninja is skillful when he fights, he can still win even without having a strong jutsu to compete, just by outsmarting him.

Also for Kamui, databook says "there is no jutsu that could compete with Kamui". This is it:

Kamui is highly underestimated. Kakashi doesn't need more jutsus to be one of the strongest. Kamui is already one of the strongest jutsu(if not the strongest). Like i've said, all his problem is chakra, but i think Kishimoto will never give him more chakra, cuz Kamui is too dangerous. I even think that's the reason why he gave it to Kakashi, and not to someone else, cuz he knew that he could limit the power of this technic since Kakashi with his low chakra could not use that often.

Which technic for example? Maybe i've not seen it well, but i think Kamui is the only technic in this databook where it's said "no technic can compete against". Anyway this is the link:
