Maybe that is the reason, but I still think that the connection between the afterworld and the living world is somethig special or it should be. Also that takes up a lot of chakra or did he just got all his chakra back?

Consider the fact Team 7 and Obito is in the Genesis Realm, it seemingly restores lost chakra. So maybe that.
