Because the way flashbacks are portrayed, they come from someone else's memory. We've never seen her because she probably died while Kakashi was very young, too young to even remember her. It's also possible that she died giving birth.

I liked Sakura in part 1 but after Sasuke left Konoha I diliked her.. she cried for nothing I'm glad she didn't joined them.

Yeah, I get that and in part 1, she had the most potential
but maybe you regain your life for her in the next couple of chapters.
