I think he transfered him his eye back. Its why he is Missing his Sharingan. The Rinnengan on Obito isnt his own, but belongs to black Zetsu

Also Obito took the Weapon of the Sot6p

there is a possiblity that Obito inherit the half of the Kyubi and will save Naruto that way.
Meaning Obito is the one who can control Black Zetsu and his powers, also the 9tails.
