Kakashi's Mask

One thing baffles me about kakashi's mask. the dude uses katon and suiton jutsus, and he wears a freaking mask covering his face. really thats just a big plot. his mask shoulda freaking burnt with all the katon jutsus, and how the keck does the water come out??? freaking plot!!!

nope, he used suiton agaisnt kakuzu in the woods, no lake there. strange though, still thinking of a scan he used katon, but am pretty sure havbe seen him use fire style before

Um only in anime fillers showed that Kakashi used Katon techniques. But as far as I can remember that he did not use any Fire style techniques, except for fillers and games though.

Kakashi has affinities for earth, lightning and water. He only uses fire in anime.

Lots of people wear masks, all the ANBU do. I can't recall it ever been stated but I assume the flame is ignited outside of the mouth.

The only suiton jutsu Kakashi performed as I remember is water daragon jutsu..It doesnt require water release..

Personally I don't think that he wears a mask, I think that he implanted it in him somehow. Have you ever sees him utter his mask once?

He doesn't have fire jutsu canonically (he only has it in the anime, not the manga). Also chakra elements don't have to be spewed out of the mouth to be created. Also, even though people use their mouths to create elements, usually when they create the elements it spawns a couple of inches in front of their mouth.

In addition to that elements can be created remotely (as has been shown multiple times) and can also be created from seemingly anywhere on the body, it just seems to be way easier to create it from the body and mouth rather than creating chakra elements remotely. Some examples of remote creation include wooden gates falling from the sky, Yamato creates more water out of water from a distance (even though he had a source he still created more water out of less water from a distance.), amaterasu (ya its special, but still an example), and some dust element jutsu.
