My Three possible Opinions why :kakashi: refuse to show people his full face.

1. He's reading pervert book, So he wont let people see he nosebleed

2. He doesnt want to see people know he is son of infamous White Fang.

3. Perhaps He is David Bowie.. That's might why he refuse to show us his face.
