Okay so I've read from a couple of base members saying that since kakashi awakened his MS so early on, why didn't he use it in his later fights. Then they scream out PLOT HOLES. First off, no and calm down.
First off, kakashi is NOT an uchiha. Therefore using the sharingan on it's own is difficult and only people who are skilled enough can actually wield it.
Secondly, kakashi FAINTED when he awakened the MS, whereas Obito didn't. This is obviously due to the fact that it had too much strain on his body. AND, kakashi didn't even know he awakened it because he fainted!!
Thirdly, kakashi does NOT have hashirama's cells in his body. His cells, which have been proven countless times by previous chapters, allow for an easier usage of sharingan base techniques and LIFE FORCE. Therefore, it is much easier for Obito to use the MS because for one, he has hashi cells and secondly, he is an uchiha!!! Kakashi isn't an uchiha so it is obviously much harder for him to control the regular sharingan, let alone MS!!!
Now for my last point, remember when kakashi fought deidara and used his MS. It took him a charge phase to actually awaken the eye and he almost passed out after using it 3 times. Someone like sasuke, who is an uchiha, used the MS 10 times before he almost passed out. Basically my point is, is that since kakashi isn't an uchiha, it's obviously harder for him to use it.
For all those people saying that this is a plot hole, no. Kakashi didn't know he awakened his eye, isn't an uchiha and doesn't have hashis cells.
