Kakashi's Mangekyou in Part 1

I have a question to ask concerning that , was Kakashi unable to use mangekyou sharingan in part 1?

Or he didn't use it for reasons?

Any idea?

Kakashi's first Mangekyou Sharingan use was in shippuden against Deidara

He was definitely old enough and skilled enough so yes he was able to. He just simply couldn't unlock it until part 2. Or Kishi just didn't think about giving it to him.

In all seriousness, didn't he say something like, "This is my new jutsu!" when he used it for the first time? Implying that he only developed it by then. So I guess it simply wasn't easy for him, for one reason or another.

Kakashi obviously knew of MS, That's why he freaked when he saw itachi use it for the first time. So it depends on how he learn't about it. Did he do research into the Uchiha or told by his superiors or did he read the tablet with his own MS.

either way, It certainly wouldn't be usable in normal combat situations considering the strain the 3 tomoe alone had on his body back then.

I thought that it took a while for him to awaken it since he was not an Uchiha but he did awaken it at the same time as Obito then it just never worked again until part 2 apparently. Maybe him awakening it was the reason he fainted and he couldn't use it until later but I don't know.

Probably came up with it during part 2 so he could hang w Naruto and Sasuke's potential

It not only due to chakra but the Uchiha blood itself. Their body is also kkg of sorts in tandem with their eyes.

Kakashi probably had it and knew of it, but was widely inexperienced and too weak to use it (in terms of stamina).

Over time he built up immunity to it to the point where he can spam it multiple times.
