When Kakashi was dead, his father told him that it was something else destined for him. That destiny was this fight with Tobi!!! After this fight he may not live, since his eye is the only solid counter to Tobi's ST. I think that Kakashi is destined to leave naruto his sharingan and die protecting him. Bold theory but a bit farfetched. Hell, anythings possible when kishi's the author, right?

kakashi is my favorite. If he dies it better be epic like both of Itachi's deaths. I don't think kakashi will die because he already died once. The only thing dead is the suspense of kakashi dieing. The first time kakashi died was not cool enough such a cool and popular ninja deserves better.

this fight will alter the course of the war and the future. either kakashi will die and finally be able to walk beside sakumo, leaving team 7 to live out there lives without him or by some miracle, he lives on to become hokage as naruto becomes the imbodyment of the juubi.
