Now why can't Kakashi Use His Kumi The WAY Tobi Uses his S/T cause for 1 if Kakashi Forced Kumi On himSelf to move to a differnt Location it could Work Possibly
Kakashi can teleport or Remove or send too a differnt area

Okay You See When he Usees It to warp The Needle Away From hiS fAce In the Pain Arc Its Like it went threw him or it hit him so why cant he warp himself to other locations Like
Tobi Or make himself Solid Or Untouchable ?
If you ax me Its Just a waste of a Good Jutsu

I always thought Kamui was an offensive jutsu, and Tobi's S/T was more for defensive purposes. From what we've seen they serve almost opposite functions.

Kamui is a MS technique.

Tobi's S/T is a 3 tomoe technique.

Also according to the third databook kamui can be learned.

Dude,if by KA you mean kotoamatsukami,it was an ability unique to Uchiha Shisui.Kakashi can't use it.

According to the 3rd databook, it can be invoked through good chakra control. My apologies I don't have scans, I can't find any websites that have any.
