Kakashi wasn't building up chakra, I just read all those chapters for feats. Care to show me the scans you're talking about?

If you read the chapters you'll see Kakashi thinking (or saying, don't remember) that his timing needs to be perfect.
Your whole argument, based on Kakashi building up chakra, dissipates instantly once you realize that he wasn't building chakra but waiting for the best opportunity to use Kamui for it to be left unnoticed.

Kakashi's Kamui being faster is a solid manga fact and however you wish to bite it, it remains such.

Let me look for that scan myself. It might take a while though. However, it still doesn't matter when Obito has never made such a claim. Since there is ZERO claim from anyone in the manga in this regard, you cannot interpret it as such.
