Obito's Kamui: can be used for phasing
Both Kamui: can be used to teleport, can shoot kamuied things out into the real dimension

The only thing that could be said to show Obito's Kamui's "superiority" is the fact that he can spam it more, but that's due to Senju DNA and not Kamui itself.

Therefore, if we are to compare Kamui, it's equal.
