Without Sharingan,Kakashi is just 'good'. With Kamui he was easily Top 15.Now..he may not even break Top 30.

I disagree it's just the naruto base is so in love with the Sharingan that you won't except anything different. Kakashi's father was levels above many Uchiha with pure skills. After using the sharingan so long it could be possible to still have some predictive skills.
