why didn't Kakashi's father edo tensied. He was stated in the manga to be stronger than the 3 sannins, to the point where the sannins power paled compared to his. I think that is an extremely haxed person.

I mean to be able to defeat, orichimaru, jiryia and tsunade and make their power pale to him?

why didn't kabuto bring him back. It is pretty obvious this guy is kage level.

Kabuto probably couldn't get his DNA seeing as its in Konoha and a snake guy like Kabuto wouldn't exactly fit in while trying to graverob.
