-Obito's ghost possessed Kakashi's eyes

Dude , we discussed this with others in some comments before , this panel is from Book 2 (book of wind) and the timeline of that is about before chuunin exam !! I am pretty sure Kakashi had his sharingan back then

You can see the box with the "R" is closed in the second last panel, while you can't see the other. (should be the "L" for left)

as I remember he didn't have deactivation ability over his sharingan , that's why he always covers it with his headband !!

It's real. Kishimoto did two one-shots and revealed them at the Naruto Exhibition (one for Kakashi's face and the other for Kiba/Akamaru/Tamaki).

It's in a rough sketch style... in some parts of Kiba's one-shot, he left out design details as well. This either means that a) Since it's in a rough sketch style, he just wouldn't draw sharingan period (since certain details he draws the very last for a character; ex: Naruto's whiskers, Itachi's tear troughs, Kakashi's sharingan) and this isn't a completely clean/finished style in the first place, b) It was simply his preference, or c) He really did forget to draw some things for both Kiba's and Kakashi's... just like he's forgotten to draw some details in the actual manga itself prior.
