In chapter 602 Madara says and i quote "You need To have both eyes to awaken their full potential" if that is so how did kakashi unlock MS?

i think he meant that you need both eyes to awaken either EMS or rinnegan. MS is not the full potential of the eyes.

What Madara said could mean two things:
Both eyes are needed to obtain the EMS and the Rinnengan
or he needs both eyes to unlock the Perfect Susano'o.

Kakashi was quite lucky to have awakened the Mangekyo, but I think it's fairly easy to awaken in comparison to the higher stages of the Sharingan.
