The name of this manga chapter is Kakashi's decision, but can someone please explain what decision did Kakashi make in this manga. I'm confused

It is actually referring to two different decisions but both with the same objective. The first was when Kakashi decided him and Obito were going to save Rin and the second was when he decided he was going to protect Naruto. Both were the decision to not let a comrade die.
