He saw every thing with via obito's sharingan, I don't know why and how, but that is how he know about everything

Remember Kakashi was connected to Obito via eyes & bond. Even in the Kamui dimension, Kakashi was able to connect to Obito's mind/feelings so he was not surprised when he returned to battlefield.
