Correct me if I'm wrong... In order for Kakashi to use kamui and for Tobi to use his st tech, they need to use a mangekyo sharingan. However isn't it true that each eye with ms has its own uniqui technique? For example itachi's left eye uses tsukuyomi while his right eye uses Amaterasu. This means that if obito's left eye uses kamui, his right will not be able to have the same technique... Am I right? More evidence that tobi is a relative of obito.

IMO they both use a similar power, but they are not the same. Tobi's eye can be used on his own body, but Kakashi uses the eye on other objects or living things.

Kakashi's kamui is for long range.

Dude, Sasuke can use amaterasu with his left, and can change the form of amaterasu with his right while Itachi can't, it's just that people think Tobi can warp things from distance while he can't, he just suck it into that dimension, also himself, while Kakashi use another way to warp something which Tobi can't do.
So the theory "Tobi can use better that space-time ninjutsu" is invalid

Sorry but I just don't believe that. I think kakashis tech and tobis tech are the same, it's just that Kakashi hasn't developed that ability yet. The fact that they use the same dimension. Just like sasuke's and itachi's susanoo, they're the same exact techniques but they have different looks and abilities

the amaterasu and tsukiyomo can be unlocked by every uchiha it is rare but possible
suuasno can only be unlocked after both techs are learned

now besides the big 3 techs their is a 4th which is the personal unique tech that once again every uchiha has a chance to unlock within themselves which has nothing to do with the flames or tsukiyomi

Idk how you came to think if you have the flames or tsukiyomi then you have no room for your personal tech but your wrong and how that translates to a relative of obito being tobi is beyond me

No, for Susano u need MS in both eyes, because Sasuke can't use tsykoiomi, not even got it after awakened the MS, nor Itachi give it to him.
Itachi just awakened 3th ability after these too, while Sasuke after ametarasu. He is using a regular genjutsu(Sasuke) which could wipe out everyone, still not tsykoiomi

Just because they have the same concept it doesn't mean its the same jutsu... that's like saying fire style fireball jutsu and another fire style nutshell is the same because they both use fire... you said kakashi can't do what Tobi can do because he hasn't developed it yet? Why haven't we seen Tobi do what kakashi can do?

Kamui and Tobi's jutsu are different things, kamui can be used by simply looking at whatever the user wants to send to the other dimension, tobi has to be within very close range.

In another way, Tobi's is much more advanced as he can:

A) Use it without collecting chakara (possibly because he is a uchiha)
B) Can use it for 5minutes (possibly more now) straight
C) and most importantly he can return objects from the other dimension.

You may believe whatever you want, but Shisui had Kotoamatsukami in BOTH his eyes. So it's not impossible that Obito's Sharingan hold the same technique.

But I think it's different jutsu anyway

Both of Shisui's eyes can use kotoamatsukami (and nothing else that we've seen so far).
