Where does kakashi rank now. I mean his lightning blade has proven to be pretty powerful enough. He has 1000 jutsu we don't know about but that always leads to arguments so I will exclude that. Most importantly he has recieved a huge chakra boost LOL, it may be plot but its still there and its still fact so it must be accepted. He can use his chakra haxing techs even more now. He can kumui snipe almost anyone not FTG speed. Now he is able to warp his entire body to and from. So if he comes across an attack he can't dodge or stop he could always warp out then warp in behind the enemy and raikiri them. We seen how obito could nearly keep up with minato using his kumui so Kakashi can now use that to his advantage. He also has like 1 or two of the gates. Don't forget he has genjutsu can read your movements and is super smart at that. So he could determine your weak points. Where does he rank??????

Somewhere between Jiraiya and Tsunade i guess...His weaknesses are that he doesn't have enough chakra and without naruto's boost, he can only use kamui around 2-3 times and then spend a week or so in a hospital...But he is the perfect ninja...he can use ninjutsu techniques of all elements except wind...he can use genjutsu...his taijutsu is about as good as gai...he is a pretty good sensory ninja when he uses his summoning jutsu...and unlike naruto, he is not reckless..

Kage level. To say he's sanin level is premature. He's nowhere near Orochimaru or Jiraya's level, and I doubt he could beat Tsunade either. But he's also WAY above the average Jonin. So Kage level suits him fine.
