Not saying it definitely is him, but why out of all shinobi he has the "Land" sfx? From where to land, who to land when everyone was shown to be there? The only one that could it would be him.
I guess we will find out, but it would actually be very nice to show him in the next volume, a chapter that will start with his presence as well and have the whole team minato meet up once again.

Or what's left of them. Meeting him doesn't have to have Juubito being the good guy. Just the reunion of the left members.

the distortion of space around kakashi is due to kamui which is not there, thats just one of the reason why that fodder isnt kakashi

I asked from which chapter is that, I know how Kamui looks. If it would've been the case, why translated it as "land" when it could be "fall"?

Hmmm, that was my first thought too. It wouldn't surprise me if Kishi decided to throw Kakashi in a random panel and then make a "noticeable" appearance in the right moment. Kakashi is known for his sneaky abilities and his strategy to observe his enemies before he makes a move against them.
But, the person in this panel wears a kuubi cloak. Before he entered kamui dimension Kakashi had a cloak but with his entrance, it disappeared. I don't know if it's safe to assume that his cloak reappeared or it's not him because he has a cloak :/

Why wouldn't he land there? If he plans on creating some sort of surprise element, he could do it. As for the audience, if the SFX is translated, like the above, would actually be the explanation.

He also keeps his sleeves rolled up. And his hair wouldn't be as detailed.

I guess it might be Kakashi. Thats what I guessed. Kishi likes hiding some details so that he can capitalise on it later. Lukin at da head band and nature of da tilted head, i hav a feelin it myt be him.
Also at this moment, der are other fyns which are more epic dan Kakashis entry. Maybe Kishi wld find a panel later and explain his arrival. Kishi is unpredictable, he gives attention to things you think he shdnt hav.
But we wld see in a few chaps to come.
