Because Shikaku asked Kakashi something before "dying", but i'm sure that it must be the new generation who will lead, so i see more someone like Shikamaru leading the group now and by that way he should prove himself to have surpassed his father

Things are not looking for the alliance at all but we will have to wait and what Shikaku's last plan was. Kakashi would definitely be one of the leaders at this point, I think most shinobi and samurai will follow his lead.

Kakashi didn't know his plan because he has no time to react during Juubi rampage so Shikaku didn't have time to tell his plan .

i think kakashi is the leader because he is the only one that has fought madara, obito and juubi. so he would know when and how to attack, i dont see anyone better for the job
