Well this was the start of the series guys, maybe kishi didn't think about this before he gave kakashi the title. Imagine kishi having to come up with a thousand new jutsu's for kakashi it would take forever. But I agree he should show a little more.

Can't he can't use his affinity in rasengan because he doesn't have the body for it.

Do you really think Kakashi will show us thousand jutsus when he's got only 4 or 5fights since we know him? In only one fight, do you think it's possible to use 10jutsus?

He uses many jutsu all the time, but kumai is a game ender so that is what we remember..

Every fight Kakashi has been in has been a high-staked fight(yeah there was the Demon Bros and Team 7, but I'm talking fights where he had to use jutsu). He's showed high level doton and suiton techniques to go along with his raiton affinity. While it's likely he has some low ranked katon and fuuton techniques, they would be of no use against the type of people he fights on a mission to mission basis.

He's only going to use what he's mastered/good at in a fight vs S-Rank criminals and the like.
