These are two different Shinobi - you have one with an almost limitless supply of chakra... with the ability to spam techniques like crazy. And the other has limited chakra... who must be careful on how he uses it.

I think Kakashi would be better if he had more chakra.

@ot his battles would get a hell of alot more interesting , thats for certain, considering kamui is always a last resort, the rest of the match would have a variance of technique usage that could only be matched by the likes of hiruzen, couple the sharingans analytic ability with kakashi's huge range and you have a shinobi that can go toe to toe with pretty much anyone
