ANBU as a whole has been useless. I don't care about comparing ranks, but there isn't a single jounin thus far in this series that would lose to an ANBU member.

Kakashi, Itachi, Yamato and Sai(Fuu and Torune as well..but meh, they were Danzo's favorites, so I don't count them) are exceptions, not the rule.

Kakashi has 1000 jutsu's an his running lighnting jutsu can get to gaara an since lightning always seems to go through gaara's guard he may not have to get close, not to mention the gaara has no ansewer for kakashi's kamui or whatever. A giant sand tsunami may get sucked up just like diedara's explosion of light he was goin to do to 5 TBB. An lets be real gaara only fights in the sky against flying opponents. he didnt even do it against madara.

I'm just taking into consideration all possible situations, your saying if garra won't use his OP sky fortress tech then Kakashi as usual won't really use his so called 1000's tech's to it's full extent. Also saying kakashi has 1000's tech's imo is baseless, as we have no info what so ever on what tech's he can use. But I am interested as to what other tech's he can use.

Also , do you actually think he can absorb a sand Tsunami .... SMH . He could possibly absorb maybe half of it if it was moving in a cylinder shape in a linear fashion, but thats giving it the benefit of the doubt. I think he is right. We can't say if Anbu are stronger than jounins or not. It depends. Fuu or Torune for example were clearly stronger than a lot of jounins

And kakashi caught a heat seeking missle with that now you explain what gaara can do against that. Not to mention he knows over 1000 justu's an he'll use them accordingly to get gaara down. Honestly do you think something as simple as flying will beat a shinobi on kakashi's level? An A didnt use a lighnting attack he just had his sheild on. By lightning attack i mean an attack were the lightning is being focused into the attack. Like the lightning blade or the lighnting running beast justu.

I agree in some situations both an ANBU member or Jounin member can defeat eachother. But from what the Manga has shown so far, an ANBU is supposedly stronger than a Jounin. But that's in general, if we pick out specific ANBU members and put them against the top jounin which we know then you know who would win.

About Fuu you forget he almost defeated Ao(Mizukages right man, the one who was suppose to have fight against Shisui) probably one of the strongest in his village. So i think he wasn't to underestimated. He could use good traps and seemed really intelligent while fighting.

About Torune i think the same think. His technique was really interessant(he was even able to take Tobi's arm with it). I hope Shino could have a power up going this way

Kakashi's been a beast in these recent chapters. Beating the seven swordsmen,Fighting off bijuus, keeping up with 6 gates Guy in speed and Fighting off gedo mazo. I think his even high kage level now. And could beat most if not all the kages.

Tsunade - The sharingon would let him see alll of Tsunade's movements so she wouldn't be able to land any hits on him and would easily kill her with lightning cutter sure she has Creation Rebirth so she cant die but if Kakashi hits her in her heart or lungs with the technique she'll die regardless.

Mei - Kakashi would counter her lava techs with his water techs and if she uses any water techs he would counter with his earth techs so Mei would be a goner aganist him.

A - Genjutsu seems to be his weakness so all he needs to do is put him in a genjutsu. Or he can make a clone to fight with A and then kamui him while his distracted.

Onoki - Bad match up for Onoki since Kakashi has the element advantage and i think Kakashi can dodge Onoki's jinton.

Gaara - Kakashi might not win aganist him he might beat Kakashi but Kakashi is very fast i think he could dodge Gaara's sand techs and i think Kakashi can counter sand hail or sand drizzle with lightning cutter or use earth style wall to block them.

Tsunade: He may be able to beat her. It will be difficult though. One punch from her and he is dead. Its going to be tough for Kakashi.

Mei: She has lava and boil release as her kekkai genkai. Kakashi may be able to stop the lava, but not the Boil Release. She also has Water, Fire and Earth techniques. This will be very tough for Kakashi.

A: No way. Much to fast for Kakashi. Sasukes sharingan couldn't keep up with A with his Lightning Armor.

Onoki: Another no way. Kakashi can't dodge Dust Release. Its to fast and Onoki can change how big it is. Onoki has used Dust Realease throughout the whole war and is still using it. He can also fly and has amazing earth technique.

Tsunade- Summons slug, cannot die. Out last kakshi. She can use the enviorment as a weapon aswell (hits ground, throws trees/rocks etc). Kakashi cannot win simple as that.

Mei- Hidden Mist justu combine with acid mist! Kakshi got owned when he was against hidden mist. You add acid mist and he dies! Not to mention the lava style coming form out of no where with in the mist.

A- KAkashi genjutsu is nothing compared to MAdara. Theres a reason he doesnt use it in battle. A lariats him for instant K.O. And when he 100000% grabs him Raiger bomb Splatters kakashi's blood and guts every where.

Onoki- DUst Instant K.O. Simple as that. You add Stone golems and STone clones. Yea he owns kakashi easily!

Gaara- Sand tsunami. Sand shower. Giant sand burial. This is utter rape action!!! He literaly stands -100099988% chance. There is no way you can think up of him winning.

I certainly won't say he can't win, but he's unlikely to win against any of them.
