1.Since Tsunade is the greatest Medical Ninja alive(Which is all chakra control) that mean she has IMMENSE CHAKRA CONTROL!
2.Pain-since Tsunade has a mental link with Katsuyu and usually has her on her shoulders that means that katsuyu could sense that Tsunade is under a Genjutsu and drip a little acid to Break it!!
