It would be a major troll if Kishi let's Kakashi die, but let's Tsunade walk off being cut in half. I don't think he'll die, but we should wait and see. The outcome isn't too certain when there are different possibilities to this one panel.

Shadow clone OR raiton kage bunshin or Water clones and ya 1000Jutsus that he can Use I think he can use atleast 1 to heal

-Am I the only one who believes they are still within a genjutsu? You know, like Itachi and Sasuke who kept injuring each other but not really until the genjutsu battle stopped.
-Tsunade is a Senju and a brilliant medical ninja, she has chances of surviving pretty much anything better than Kakashi.
ETA: -When Kakashi died he took less damage than a giant shuriken through his entire midsection.
-This is not the first time Obito uses giant shurikens in the battle, this is hardly a sign of him getting tired (even if he should be tired already).

Well it was being implyed that if kakashi doesn't survive this while tsunade survived being cut in half that kishi is trolling but kakashi does not have any techs like tsunades that can help him survive a fatal blow I'm a kakashi fan but the only reason tsunade survived that were because special circumstances that apply to her

Yes it was implied. I won't deny it. Because IMO, until Orochimaru got there with Suigetsu and Karin, Tsunade wasn't exactly healing all that well ( or fully should I say). It was until Suigetsu brought her other half closer and karin allowing her to bite her that she healed quicker. But my point is what if its a clone. I wont disagree that kakashi doesn't have the techs Tsunade has but even though Kakashi may not have healing regeneration or katsuyu its like I've been saying, we can't assume (not saying that you are) what's happening in this one panel when they're are few possibilities of what is really happening.
