I think team kakashi will win with these conditions. Neji and lee provide enormous assistance compared to ino and choji. Shikamaru can take out hidan as in canon and others can easily clean kakazu. Especially with insight that neji provides and CQC skills that lee brings to table as they will actually matter unlike ino and choji
