Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are more unique to Sasuke and Itachi I think. But the thing about needing MS awakened in both eyes is true, and Kakashi oh poor Kakashi would probaly ativate it then lie there unable to move because he drained his chakra.

Plus won't Kakashi loose the sight in that eye soon?

Sad but true(even if i think you exagerate a lot,lol). Why did Kishi didn't upgrade his chakra? It's really unfair. And cuz of that we can't see Kakashis full potential. Anyway his chakra improved a lot since part1 and no he doesn't have the lowest chakra in all of Naruto. Even Neji has lower chakra than him now. -_-'

Neji meh idk. Kakashi might just have excellent chakra control. Honestly the way Kishi makes Kakashi always state his low stamina it was suppose to be like that.

It seems that Kamui is his only M/S technique. he cannot use amaterasu or Tsukiyomi so no Susanoo

and as far as kakashi's chakra. its average levels. he uses more because of his sharingan and him not being an uchiha so naturally he cannot spam like everyone else with the eyes. besides, if kamui was spammable that would not be very balanced now would it.
