I did think of that. But I also expect it won't be possible.
The primary reason is that the sharingan are Obito's. And they will be temporary till Obito's chakra is fully extinguished from Kakashi. As the sharingan eyes belong to him, and Kakashi didn't replace his eyes rather had Obito's chakra in them.

Since the susano'o is Obito's (due to the sharingan eyes not being physical). Kakashi shouldn't renew Obito's chakra thus summoning the ethereal warrior.


However it's Kishimoto. EVERYTHING is possible.
