"Inheritance of the Sage"
"Its pretty clear what Hagoromo gave to Sasuke and Naruto. He gave Naruto the highest level of Yang power while giving Sasuke the highest level of Yin power. It's pretty clear that the power of the Rinnegan and the Juubi Sage Power is not from the Hagoromo but from Obito completing the Bijuu chakras in Naruto and Kabuto completing Sasuke power by giving him Senju DNA Augmentations. We have been mainly seeing the power installed by Kabuto and Obito and I think we are scratching and about to dive into the power of that was birthed from Hagoromo. One thing people do need to understand is though is the concept of Yin and Yang is both having an aspect of the other still within it. Major Yang will have Minor Yin and Major Yin will have Minor Yang. Meaning both Naruto and Sasuke are capable of both at different levels. All shinobi are in fact so we should keep that in mind in the proceedings.

Inner Sakura is the best example to explain what Naruto did. Normally your inner self is refereed to as your spiritual self which is invisible.(Most likely connected to the invisible world of limbo) As you can see the Inner version is an exact replica almost of the person's form. So most likely this is the Yin form that needs the Yang power to breathe life into it. So its clear that Naruto breathe life into the spiritual form of Kakashi eye bringing it into existence. Now you'r probably asking how did Naruto breathe life into Kakashi missing eye's spiritual form when its clearly seen in Madara's Yin Form he has an eye missing?
Well thats quite easy to explain and it will probably explain why Madara hasn't regenerated yet. Its because Madara's Rinnegan eye is not destroyed while Kakashi's real eye has already been destroyed already for quite some time. Much like how Shisui eyes are now completely destroyed. Think about how Kage-Bushin works as depicted in the F.R.S. Training arc and how Naruto found his own way to enter Sage Mode on the move. We saw that when the Shadow clone loses its physical form or is destroyed it actually sends back energies back to its original host. We know that one of these energies are the spiritual/mental energies since Naruto was also receiving information that the clones had obtained. So that means when Kakashi eye was destroyed that most likely the spiritual/mental had returned back to Kakashi giving him a Yin form eye awaiting new yang energy or physical material to possess and live in. So Naruto basically provided Yang energy for the eye's yin energy to take new form in.

"As we can see Rikudou powers enable the user to control and dictate their physical form. Perhaps by changing your spiritual form drastically with strong enough Spiritual energies might possibly make the body react. And if you have a very vivid imagination you can make a physical form take any shape. Thinking back about how Madara Summon'ed a Meteror I highly doubt that two meteors were just floating around so readily for Madara to pull out. Im starting to believe that Madara used's Susano-o Chakra to imagine the Yin form of a meteor so large. Then used Yang energies to breathe life into it bringing it into the physical world. Which is probably why he could just pull out two meteors just for the hell of it. I also like how this ability was best shown with Demon realm since Demons are stated to being able to take the multiple forms in a lot of cultures.

One of the questions Sasuke had for the Ones who know everything is What is a Clan. He already had the answer of what a Shinobi and a village is. And Now judging by Naruto's conversation if Sasuke's was anything like that I believe Sasuke found out what A Clan Really is and who and what he is....The Incarnation of Indra. The One who started the Uchiha Clan. Then we also have to think of Sasuke answer to Hagoromo which it seems we are almost guided to at the end of the chapter with Team 7's Flash back. He has already passed out Judgement on those directly involved with the Massacre. Now all he has left is his last goal. Which is the Restoration of the Uchiha Clan. But how is going to do it and how will he go about it which has been something that has plagued us for awhile especially after the dark change in tone of his method after the Danzo killing high. If you mirror what power Hagoromo gave to Naruto its pretty clear when you combine all the hints at what Sasuke got.
I am almost positive that Sasuke will be able to bestow the power of the Sharingan which he himself states is the sign of the Uchiha Clan. Remember Itachi's ideologies on what a Clan is as he hinted through out the entire Manga and practically spelled out during the Kabuto. That the Uchiha Clan is just a name a mere title that people place to much emphasis in. That the true goal is for one to measure their own capacity and surpass it. When you look at the lore surrounding the 10 Realms/Six Paths Existence & 4 Noble Realms it appears that the Mangekyo Sharingan and Rinnegan are tools for achieving such an Enlightened State(The Mind's Eye).This revelation will most likely lead to Sasuke welcoming any shinobi who proves himself worth of the Title of Uchiha. The very thing Itachi left to Uchiha Sasuke after his death.

Sasuke's goal right now is the restoration of his Uchiha Clan which is pretty obvious by the ending lead off of Chapter 675. His answer to Hagoromo is probably on the lines of he wants to protect his comrades but he realizes that power is required to protect them. You can't always be there so they will need power themselves so you can trust in them which is a lesson learned from itachi during their fight with Kabuto. Sasuke enlightenment will involve him now sharing "HIS" power with his comrades instead of them only sharing their power with him leading to Sasuke bestowing the title and powers of the Uchiha clan to those who deem themselves worthy as Itachi's intended. Its a divine power that people should not just simply have because of birth-rite. Sasuke New Uchiha Clan will be a one to monitor who deserves that right."
Conclusion: Its starting to become more and more clear That Itachi knew alot more than he let on and more than Obito told him. He has been foreshadowing this conclusion for quite some time. From speaking of measuring and surpassing his "capacity" during the Uchiha Massacre and during. Itachi definitely uncovered the Truth behind Uchiha and was on to something. That very something is a path that I believe Sasuke will take up as his own after he has his realization of what all the pieces really are. Hokage wisdom at age 7? Its pretty clear that Itachi saw a way alot earlier of what the current Uchiha clan fate was if it were to continue on its path. He has erased the clan and literally been foreshadowing the way to The Uchiha clan true restoration since he has been introduced to this manga.

Essentially Madara and Hagaromo Stop the warring states period by blurring the lines between clans by establishing the Village Shinobi System. While it brought peace and reduced all out wars down to Three Shinobi wars. It also caused it problems. Sasuke New Shinobi way and Ideals will lead to both him and Naruto Uzumaki to stop the villages from warring over clan and bijuu powers/abilities. By blurring the lines between clans it should stop inner village segration of power because ALL shinobi will be treated as equals and wont be hated for their clan because any shinobi can go and learn techniques and powers from any clan. I can see how Sasuke trust might play an issues with all of this and How the Kages wont trust Konoha with all of this power. Especially since it was Konoha who started all this mess and had it breed unchecked in their own village. Which could cause the foreshadowed War that the kages might try and start again. Which will probably lead to shinobi peace because I can see how they can establish a separate village and drop the village boarder restrictions.
The village would essentially be the Military police force and Akatsuki all in one. Shinobi from all villages can go there to train and pick up skills and develop them to surpass their own capacity for the greater good of the shinobi world. This would allow all villages to have access to any clan power or bijuu elemental chakra type if they can master and handle its power. It should stop the warring over Powers and abilities between villages and the segregation of those powers is what is causing all the hatred in the current generation.
