Kakashi will end Obito!

As mentioned above, Ninjutsu is useless, since Obito can simple "undo" all Ninjutsu with his new powers. He might play a big part or maybe his moment was over when he was in the other dimension.

So i was re-reading manga and Kakashi didn't appear for a long time,why?Kishimoto is probably saving him for the big final!

I think there are a couple of ways to defeat Obito but in all Kakashi is included.

But i think in the end Kakashi will end this with Kamui,because talk no jutsu is now useless

That or Madara will do something.
