Madara had Hagoromo's chakra by combining Indra's with Asura's.
Even without his eyes, he still was an Uchiha and had these chakras and probably
therefore access to some powers (or maybe due to his eyes being nearby and being originally his, even
though they were not in his eye sockets at that time).
Kakashi is not an Uchiha and doesnt have such chakras.
I do think he will still have all his non-sharingan techniques that he learned (those over 1000 copied ones).
Once learned you wont lose such things.
I dont think that he still has things like Susanoo and such.
He could do Susanoo, because Obito fused with him.
Obito's chakra is gone now and Kakashi doesnt have a sharingan anymore.
So those days are over. Kakashi said himself that the days of sharingan Kakashi are over btw.
The third hokage didnt have any kekkei genkai and he was a boss.
Tbh Kakashi is an intelligent and talented guy (was the best of his class and much younger than the others, back when he was a kid and didnt have the sharingan yet).
Kakashi should be able to learn some powerful new stuff and some alternative fighting style without the sharingan.
He can use all elements and yin and yang.
He can use sealing jutsus.
Good at all three shinobi areas (ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu).
He can also use the Rasengan.
Maybe he will learn to fuse it with the lightning element.
He does not have great chakra reserves though, but I believe he can become a boss hokage.
People like the third Raikage and fourth Raikage, can move at high speeds and fight without sharingan.
The third Raikage has a similar lightning style to Kakashi's Chidori. Their lightning armor improves their reflexes, nervous system etc.
So their are alternatives to make Chidori like attacks work without sharingan.
It will be interesting to see Kakashi without sharingan.
