she had byakugan in her normla eye and super eye on top

this means rinnegan is a descendent of byakugan, and the super eye

and sage son has sharingan, so sharingan is descendent of riinnnengan

Kaguya could have the Byakugan even before she has eaten the fruit. Maybe she is a alien(hahaha) cuz Hagoromo did't want to tell where she comes from. and the third Eye(Juubi Eye Rinnegan+9 Tomoe) has come after eating the fruit.

Actually, Kakashi coudn't be more in the dark, because the Byakugan has an different origin than the Sharingan. Kaguya had the Kekkai Genkai Byakugan before she ate the fruit.

Ok makes sense now, she had Byakugan ate fruit and got Sharingan then passed 1 of each to her sons. How then is the sharingan a descendant of the Rinnegan....unless Kakashi was right again when he said Rinnegan was a mutation

Yeah it must be a mutation. But we don´t know when Rikudo awaken the Rinnegan.
