Not at all. Honestly, of what he have seen at part 1 and before, he fodderizes 95% of the clan, including Sasuke. At that point in time only Itachi and Obito would easily handle him. This is the clan that was slaughered by a 13 year old boy.

He used eye of hypnotism on zabuza to get him to use water vortex while copying it.
He used eye of insight to copy all of zabuza movements and copy his water dragon.

He used it so well zabuza thought he could see into the future.

He used it so well he was praised by the likes of itachi and obito, both of which are in the top 99th percentile of uchiha.
