Kakashi's eye was bleeding in the bottom right panel. Was he about to use Kamui? but he fainted -_-

I thought after kakashi use kamui he will have a tears of blood...but he didn't use his kamui it only activates..

this is blood from kakashi's eyes (tears are pure dark colored after he use his kamui)

in the last chapter ( kakashi's tears are colorless with stripes) i think it was only stain he got from the battle.. kakashi didn't cry with blood
