That's what Wiki said, he had the same level of respect, but doesn't mean he was as strong or stronger than the Sannins.

He was compared to the younger version which includes orochimaru being part of konoha still

Not the ones we see in naruto, but the younger version in the war

So White doesn't equal the sannin we watched

If I had to guess kakashi and white fang could be equal, but I give the edge to kakashi because of the sharingan

Unless he can provide me with a manga chapter/page, we can only say he was respected at the same level of Sannins.

I'm not saying he's weak, but even than having respect doesn't always mean your strong. Respect can be given in many different ways/forms, always doing task/missions, helping others out, and etc.

yea you right and im not argueing with you but being respected at a sannin level makes me think of how powerful he was. im only saying this because, werent the sannin given that title because hanzo was impressed of their strentgh..and the fact they survived a battle against him. its not like he said "i am impressed with the number of missions you guys have done, and i respect the way you help ppl out. ill name you sannin" lol. oh nd are you saying kakashi would win? not clear
