This is a very tough question and they both are strong ninja, but at the end I say Kakashi will win. The reason why is because he has the sharingan which give him the edge, he know 1000 jutsu, and he has knowledge of Tsunade strength which is Tsunade best weapon. So he basically have a huge advantage. Tsunade only have knowledge of the sharingan ability but what can she do to counter it? And she only has super strength and a great healing factor. I think this will be a tough match but I give this round goes to Kakashi.

Has a much wider range of techniques at his disposal. Sharingan+raiton+higher speed give him a nice advantage in close quarters combat.

Kakashi wins high diff even without Kamui. He has Raiton Bunshin Feints to paralyze her, or he has Genjutsu to paralyze her long enough to use Lightning Transmission and take off her head. Dodging her attacks shouldn't be very difficult since he has Sharingan and he is already faster than her. He can also block her attacks and send her backwards using Water Encampment Wall.

, because that was a Wood Clone first of all, she was meant to hit it so he can take her by surprise like he did after they though they sealed the real Madara (Which they obviously didn't).

No it obviously isn't, as the clone getting hit and sealed was part the tactic, hence Madara switching places with his clone and then sinking into the ground.

Also, when did she kick his real body? I hope you aren't talking about when Susanoo was active, if Susanoo is active there is no need to dodge her attacks. Since Susanoo will guard him anyway.

not exactly , the user channel chakra to his clones , so no matter how many clones he makes , it will never be the same as the real user.

also taking edo madara vs the 5 kages's fight seems to be quite illogical when the former didn't even try to attack them and he was most likely toying with them.

Stabbing them with Susanoo swords is toying? Dropping meteors on them is toying? 25 Susanoo clones? Perfect Susanoo?
