you can take a look at the chunnin exams how sauske and garaa fought. His speed cause garaa has a far range fighter to retreat and played defensive mode. We all know that tsunade is fast, anyone who says she is slow is just plain stupid and ignoring the manga simply.

Ok Kakashi can dodge her attacks and if he knows that he's not going to be able to beat her by normal means he's going to use kamui and tsunade is not avoiding that, i mean he was able to teleport a kunai when it was literally feet away from narutos face while the kunai was MOVING, so yes he would be able to kamui her head off.

Of course she's Hokage, Sannin, Senju and all that... and of course, a high-level ninja like her has to know how to fight. But she's not known as a combatant, she's known as a healer - the best there was, excluding Hashirama.

I really don't see how she could pull it off. If MS was forbidden in this fight, she would have chances of taking it high difficulty.
Kakashi's chances would still be higher, though, especially seeing how his stamina seems to have improved lately.

In normal conditions, Kakashi takes it 9/10 times, the tenth being some unexpected... something.

Tsunade didn't become feared around the ninja world as one of the Legendary Sannin simply for being a healer. Actually if we take a look, Shikaku Nara, praised her for her strenght, rather than medical skills.

Of course, that's why I stated that she knows very well how to fight.
But when it comes to fighting, Kakashi is simply overall better. Tsunade haven't really shown anything different besides taijutsu, so he won't be able to harm Kakashi from the distance.
Kakashi, on the other hand, has many long ranged technique, including, but not limited to, his most powerful one. Besides Kamui, he still has many other jutsu like water dragon, water shark bullet, raikiri chain, etc. But that's not over - he can use kage bunshin, which can further distract Tsunade. Fifth Hokage, on the other hand, cannot use bunshins - meaning, Kakashi will always be 100% sure he's aiming at real Tsunade, which is disasterous for her for example when it comes to Kamui.

Kakashi is a master of ninjutsu, he's simply a bad match-up for close-range Tsunade.

I feel that kakashi would win because he has a lot more patients then tsunade does, he also is a better analyst, not to metion can come up with strategies on the fly. He is also from what i have seen a lot more versed in all around ninjutsu then tsunade as well, seeming i've never seen her use any elemental ninjutsu at all..

Kakashi's faster than Tsunade and also has sharringan, I don't think she'll beat him with tai jutsu, he also uses a lot of clones.

Yea he has the sharingan true.... But Faster then Tsunade?? her Blitz is way more awsome. Infact she can screw up Kakashi's nerve system. She is better in Taijutsu then Kakashi, Taijutsu isn't just speed.. its strength +Speed. And Tsunade has Katsuyu

Re read my. Post if she gets close kamui becomes easier to use I never said she was slow I said the speed of kamui > her speed.

Tsunade mid to high diff. Legendary sannin, senju, high chakra reserve, dangerous/helpful summon, intelligent, extremely powerful, decent speed and above all, a FU*****ING TANK. Also, she showed fantastic feats in this war and is performing even better then some of her fellow Kages.

I just became a member of this base a few month ago but these threads are getting repetitive and I can clearly see that people like to troll and underrate Tsunade against any opponent like she's a fodder

She's clearly a top tier character and I can't really understand why people hate her so badly, it doesn't make sense.

He neary instantly warped a bm clone, tsunade isnt fast and her movements are mainly stationary and linear.
Kakashi has about a 4.5 in taijutsu tsunade has a 5 but his sharigan gives him the edge.
Not to mention a raikiri to the head.

Kakashi takes this and I believe him to be a bad match up for Tsunade. Lightning clones will paralyse her and she would probably be finished if she punches a lighting clone. Katsuyu is a big problem although Kakashi can use that earth wall to protect himself from acid spit. A raikiri won't kill Tsunade but he can cut her body into two pieces if she is paralysed and won't be able to do anything. Kakashi has better evasive skills compared to Tsunade even if Tsunade is a medic.

Not sure about what difficulty but potentially mid-high. Not sure why people are saying low diff though which seems like trolling.

uhh Tsunade.. if she punched the ground as hard as she could .. she could most definitely stir up some shit causing kamui to be ineffective if he can't see or if too many rocks flinging around idk.. she is a sannin exp + raw strength and best healing to date takes this one..
