There is a reason Jaraiya went looking for Tsunade and didn't entrust Kakashi to become the Hokage. Tsunade has been shown in battle once and she was rusty and mentally distracted her blood phobia was serious how can a medical ninja be afraid of blood?! Tsunade is a healer but posses more than adequate Offensive power to be on the front line and help her Team Gain the name Sannin. Kakashi can't beat any of the Sannin, He can give Tsunade a run for him money but I think Kishi is about to show us why she's Hokage and not kakashi.
