I say Kakashi b/c Tsaunde isnt a fighter shes a healer. If they were to fight Kakashi would be to hard to hit with a power punch. Kakashi is very tricky, could possibly trick her idk. Plus he has Lightning Blade and Kamui.
He out classes her in fighting that and maybe Intelligince.

I never said she cant hurt people. She cant fight as well as her counterparts. She punched Jiraiya b/c he was peeping on her lol. And Oro had no arms. If she had to fight ether one of them for real she would lose.
She specializes in Healing, not combat, Unlike Kakashi who specializes only in fighting. Thats why he would win

It's sad how everyone is saying Tsunade is not a fighter, she's a healer.
Yes, she is a healer, but she is also a combat type ninja. Look in the databook and look at her 5, compared to Kakashi's 4.5 in taijutsu. Not a big difference, but a difference nonetheless.
Sure, he has her on speed, but not stamina, meaning if she picks up on his attack pattern, which she is most likely to do given her years of experience over his, then she is likely to outlast. Let's not also stray from the fact that Orochimaru stabbed her with his sword, and she was still able to move around and kick him away from her. So odds are that he can probably stick her with the Rakiri, but if he misses her heart or head, then he's pretty much doomed because I don't see how he can pull his arm out of her (after he's stabbed her with Rakiri of course) faster than she can knock off his head with one of her punches.
Even Kamui won't help, because it really only helps in a linear direction meaning if she does some zig-zag action, it will taking him some time to try to hit her with that.
Also notice in this scenario I didn't even say that Tsunade needed Sozo Saisei (Creation Rebirth) activated.

That's unfair to say because she specializes in healing she isn't a fighter. Kabuto is a healer and he has been stated to be equal or greater to Kakashi according to Orochimaru. We don't know how well she would do against Orochimaru with both arms but I can guarantee it isn't going to be a one sided fight.
Well she can't die.....She has a huge major summoning , that can spit acid.......One punch and you're dead......She can reverse your nerves, if you move your legs , you're hand may move, if you move you're hands , your head may move... That's a deadly move alltogether....You won't be able to dodge or move properly and she can get 1 good punch on you
Exactly what i just said xD,Once thats on you, you need time to firgure your body out again, 1 punch from her is all you need to critically injure kakashi, 1 punch put jiraya on his deathbed....

most of people underate tsunade .all those who think that tsunade is weak will be surprised.
just look her databook ,she's above kakashi even if that doesn't count in a fight but i don't think that kakashi can beat her yet.
kakashi would have a lot difficulty against a senju like tsunade.

i always thought kakashi would win with very high difficulty but then i had doubts and now tsunade is coming back in action next chapter
we will see when tsunade goes all out
